What the site collects, who handles it, why, and when it is deleted.
The public pages use no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, accounts, or marketing cookies. The hardware-interest form sends the information you enter; the hosting, form-relay, and email providers may also process ordinary network, device, delivery, security, and anti-abuse metadata.
Desiderata Labs LLC operates this DAARX-branded information site and its hardware-interest form. No store, checkout, hardware sale, account, or support service is live. The commercial operator is separate from the protocol workstreams described on this site.
Your email address; optional name or handle; selected hardware concept, access-model, membership, hosting, accessory, and merchandise interests; optional notes; your privacy-notice acknowledgment; and form-delivery status or timing. Do not put secrets, payment-card data, identity documents, wallet keys, or recovery phrases in the notes.
To record and manage non-binding hardware interest, answer questions, prevent abuse, and contact you if a relevant compliant offer or material update is later available. It is not used to create an order or protocol account, sell coins, or make automated eligibility decisions.
GitHub Pages hosts the site, Web3Forms processes and relays the form, and Proton receives the message. Those independent providers may process ordinary network, device, delivery, anti-abuse, and server-log metadata under their own notices and terms. We disclose information only to operate the site and form, respond to you, protect the service, or comply with law; we do not sell personal information.
We keep an active hardware-interest record only as long as needed to manage the pre-launch list and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after your last interaction unless a shorter legal or operational period applies. Provider copies, backups, and logs follow provider retention and may not be immediately removable by us. We complete deletion from records we control within 30 days unless preservation is legally required.
Submitting interest is optional, non-binding, and free. Ask to access, correct, or delete the record we control, or withdraw from follow-up, at daarxmoney@proton.me. We may ask you to verify control of the email address before changing or deleting a record.
The form is not directed to children, and minors should not submit it. Internet transmission and email cannot be guaranteed perfectly secure; access is limited to the people and providers needed to operate the form and follow up, and no payment data is requested.
Submitting it is non-binding and does not create a purchase, financing agreement, coin allocation, inventory hold, priority, or guaranteed place in a future sale. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the record we control.
